Over 30 years of experience including 17 years in consulting - business strategy, operating model, process re-engineering and technology strategy. Till recently was a Partner in KPMG's Management Consulting Group. Prior to that - Partner in PwC Consulting (later acquired by IBM Business Consulting Services).

Some key projects:

• Strategy and operationalization of a number of new banks, NBFCs and distribution companies
• Assessment and valuation of AMCs, brokerage and wealth management businesses.
• Financial inclusion focus with UIDAI operating strategy, rural distribution, LIC's credit card business, eChaupal
• Design and implementation of multiple national payment systems

Started my career in the US as a CPU designer and Semiconductor engineer at Digital Equipment Corp & worked for Digital in India in various roles.
