Kailash has 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations, of which 20 years has been in the BFSI space. Prior to L&T Mutual Fund, Kailash was Senior VP & Head of Sales & Distribution with Kotak Mahindra Asset Management wherein he headed sales and distribution. In the past, he has also worked with Met Life Insurance, ICICI Group and JM Financial in various capacities.
Kailash is Vice Chairman of AMFI.
Kailash has done his MBA from the Institute of Management Development & Research, Pune.
