Gopal Agrawal is CIO/Chief Strategist at Mirae Asset India. He is responsible for giving his views on investment strategies and for overall fund management in the equity and fixed income domain. He is also instrumental in designing the investment process for the AMC and oversees the entire asset management function in the organization. He also is a member of the Global Investment Committee of the Mirae Asset Financial Group contributing to the global investment strategy.
A chemical engineer with Masters in Business Administration, Gopal has over 14 years of experience in the field of finance and financial related services. Prior to this assignment, Gopal was the Fund Manager with SBI Mutual Fund. He has also been associated with organizations like Kotak Securities, HDFC Securities, IDBI Capital, UTI Securities and IPCL.
